Delivery Charges

Brand New With Tags is located in the United Kingdom and are happy to ship to customers Worldwide.

We try to keep our postage prices as low as possible. All our prices are calculated based on the weight of your order plus the cost of insurance. As you proceed through Checkout your postage costs will automatically be calculated for you and clearly displayed for you to see.

All our prices quoted are inclusive of Insurance.

UK Delivery
All UK orders are sent via insured First Class post. We offer a choice of either Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery. Parcels will need a signature on delivery .

International Delivery
International orders are sent Airmail via Royal Mail’s Signed for Service. Parcels will need a signature on delivery.

International Signed For is charged at £3.30 in addition to the price for Airmail postage.

Returns Policy

Brand New With Tags trades in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (SI 2000 No.2334).

If you wish to return an item please inform us via email within 24 hours of receiving your order. 

Please state the reason for return and dispatch the item to us within seven working days from receiving the goods enclosing a copy of the original invoice.  The item must be returned in its original condition.  No refunds will be given on clothing that has been untagged, worn, washed, marked or smelling of smoke.  It is the customer's responsibility to pay for the cost of the return.  We strongly recommend that you insure any returns.  We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the postal system.  If the items are returned to us in the timescale stipulated and in the same condition as they were originally sent a refund will be immediately issued (minus shipping fees).

For goods returned after 7 days we reserve the right to charge the following:
Goods returned 8-14 days a 20% restocking charge
Goods returned 15-28 days a 50% restocking charge
Goods returned after 28 days will not be refunded

For goods returned from outside of the UK:-

For goods returned after 7 days we reserve the right to charge the following:
Goods returned 14 days a 20% restocking charge
Goods returned 21 days a 50% restocking charge
Goods returned after 28 days will not be refunded

If the order was originally made from outside Europe please take care when completing the customs returns details.  Goods to the UK may incur duty charges if you fail to make it clear that the package is a "return" to the UK and not an import.  In the event of the documentation being completed incorrectly and tax or duty subsequently being charged to Brand New With Tags the sum involved will be deducted from your final refund.

For all returns for a refund:
You must include in the parcel the original receipt, your name, address, telephone number and email address.
